My role at Robsons was a wide and varied role predominantly dealing with the development of the fresh produce depot in Spalding. Since commencing with Robsons in 2013 I successfully led and developed the team, which resulted in an increase turnover for the Spalding Depot from £5m per annum to £16m per annum. This was achieved by providing excellent customer service whilst maintaining cost control and profitability. The role included constant contact with Aldi Corporate Logistics up to Director level, with myself and my team increasing consolidated loads of fresh produce to Aldi Distribution Centres from 800 pallets per week to 12,000 per week.
