David is one of the hardest working people I know. His dedication to his job and to the customers he works for is amazing. While working with David for the State of Hawaii Election Project, I always new that things were going to get done and get done right with David at the helm of his area of expertise. David went above and beyond in serving our customer and was always able to meet customer expectations even in a constantly changing work environment.
