I had the priveledge to work for David in a variety of capacities. David was and is an extremely gifted and intelligent executive leader that can create and translate vision and strategy into actionable tactics. His charismatic personality allowed him to easily interact with and influence everyone within the organization whether it was the owner or the line associate. Additionally, he was able to motivate people with his high energy, enthusiasm, quick wit, and lead-by-example leadership style. He has an incredible ability to grasp complex ideas and issues, and formulate solutions quickly and intelligently. At an executive level, he impacted every aspect of the company and had a firm grasp and understanding of all the unique departments and how they interacted and impacted the company...and was able to get them to function cohesively. Besides being a great executive leader, he was great to be around as everyone always saw him as friendly, approachable...and enjoyable to work with! He would certainly be a tremendous asset to any organization...and I would gladly work for him again!
