  After 10 enjoyable years at True Blue Chemicals, I have taken the plunge and am now a distributor of their products. At TBC Supplies we specialise in cleaning and hygiene systems(industrial, hospitality and health care chemicals) and are also distributors of Hand Hygiene products, Glassware, Hospitality Supplies, Paper products and Safety gear.   In my current role I am responsible for managing the National Distributor Network, ensuring that our business partners are aligned with True Blue Chemicals business strategy, as well as assisting them grow their individual businesses. To do this I mange a team of State BDM's who are tasked with supporting our distributors and bringing in new business. I also am a member of the Senior leadership team to ensure that company vision and direction is implemented in the field.
