  As the OIC Dean of the Department, I am responsible on the following tasks:• Leadership and Administration: As the OIC Dean I am responsible for providing leadership and administration to the academic department or college. I oversee the daily operations of the department or college, including scheduling, budgeting, staffing, and curriculum development.• Curriculum Development: As the OIC Dean I am responsible for ensuring that the curriculum offered by the department or college is relevant, up-to-date, and meets the needs of the students and the industry. I work closely with faculty members to develop and implement new courses and programs.• Faculty Management: As the OIC Dean I am responsible for recruiting, hiring, and evaluating faculty members. Also, I provide mentorship and support to faculty members to help them achieve their goals and improve their performance.• Student Affairs: As the OIC Dean I am responsible for overseeing student affairs, including admissions, enrollment, and student support services. I work with other departments and offices to ensure that students receive the resources and support them to their need to succeed.• External Relations: As the OIC Dean I am responsible for building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, including alumni, industry partners, and government agencies. I represent the department or college at external events and promote its programs and achievements.• Strategic Planning: As the OIC Dean I am responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans for the department or college. I work with faculty, staff, and other stakeholders to set goals and objectives, establish priorities, and allocate resources.• Overall, as the OIC Dean I am responsible for ensuring the success of the department or college by providing effective leadership, managing resources, and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
