I establish therapeutic relationships, assess complex problems, select problem-solving interventions, and help clients to function effectively. In conjunction with a supervisor and team psychiatrist, I assess the client’s mental health and basic needs, determining the appropriate level of care and support, and determining the availability of resources, while also developing an Individual Recovery Plan.
