David, was an outstanding employee at Quovadx. He has a great technical accumen of software revenue recognition and the overall impacts to the entire organization. David was a wonderful liaison to the sales organization and helped them interpret the technical aspects of revenue recognition and how customer contracts would affect the company’s revenue for that period. Additionally, David was the external auditor’s point of contact for all revenue issues. I have recently reached out to David for help on various software revenue recognition issues.
