I have had the pleasure of working with David across two separate extended periods during my time in the NSW alcohol and other drug sector as project partners through his role with the NSW peak body NADA, and later while with St Vincent de Paul Support Services’ Specialist AOD Network. David possesses extensive experience and knowledge of the sector, and he has superior analytical and strategic management skill. He is particularly adept at managing tendering projects and in negotiating program contracts with government and non-government stakeholders in order to enhance existing – and develop future – funded projects.

David is one of the great human managers, who works with and for his teams. As a health specialist David has the know how and proven experience to be always client focused. It was a pleasure to work with David and I highly recommend him.
