I got to know David when we studied together at UCC in the 2008/09 academic year. I think David is an extremely intelligent person and a great person to know. As far as the course was concerned, I know he performed extremely well as he got a first. As well as that, he was a great person to have in the classroom as he would always make debates interesting. His level of Chinese was exceptionally good. I was also impressed by the business project which he helped to create. I was also impressed by his business skills as evidenced by his experience in setting up a successful T-Shirt business in Taiwan. Basically, David is a smart and capable person who I found easy to get along with and I would recommend him without reservation.
