In the 1st year with the company I was directly managing (staffing, scheduling, training, and client servicing) 12 work site locations ranging from Seattle and Bellevue, to Anacortes. In addition to serving those locations, I provided training and staffing support to 18-20 more locations that had Account Managers. Duties included basic interviewing (in cooperation with HR), staffing, training, shift coverage, guard compliance tracking, disciplinary coaching and terminations, and assisting the Director of Operations in monitoring budgets to ensure each site was meeting contractual expectations. For the past year, I was able to be dedicated to a small portfolio for a specific Property Management group in Seattle, and ensure their buildings were meeting operational expectations. Worked closely in the PM office to ensure control of the operations of their buildings. Show less

Allied purchased the company I was with and I was responsible for merging the old company's 450 service locations and 25-30 patrol drivers, with the existing 45-50 service locations 15-20 drivers. Quickly learned the new billing, account management, and scheduling processes. Also managed the fleet of vehicles that started expanding to all vehicles in the NW Region. Started as a Patrol Driver while attending Leadership Development school in Biblical Studies. Moved into a promotional site placement doing event security for the Seattle Symphony hall. After graduating from school I was promptly promoted to Patrol Operations Manager. Interviewed (in cooperation with HR), staffed, scheduled, and trained and mentored 15-20 security patrol drivers. After a year, I moved into Onsite Services Operations Management assisting the Director of Operations in oversight of scheduling 5000-6500 service hours per week. We had direction over the team of Field Supervisors, 150-200 employees, and scheduling team. We created, implemented, and enforced policies and procedures and coached and mentored. We closely tracked performance, licensing and training compliance, and issued disciplinary and counseling improvement steps. After 1.5 years I returned to Patrol Operations and oversaw the growth and expansion from 7 patrol routes to 15, each route with 30-35 service locations, making our Patrol network the largest in the State of WA. We maximized route expansion using a proprietary formula that ensured each route was profitable within 8 and 10 hour shifts. The duties included interviewing, staffing, scheduling, training, developing procedures and enforcing policies, as well as fleet management and client management for approximately 450 service locations.
