  In my current role, I lead a team of in-house and outside project managers, rebar detailers and quality verification engineers. Responsible to build all detailing and project management processes from scratch. I’ve increased the capture of change orders from ~$2M to ~ $6M per year. • I've developed and implemented: >> A computer system to track each phase of the project to ensure that they are being delivered with quality and within the budget constraints. With this system, we were able to identify and eliminate detailing errors, identify estimating errors to create "lessons learned", transfer the ownership of the project from the detailer/PM to the company (which allow for an easy transfer of the project to another detailer/PM at any moment in case there is any issue with the current detailer/PM), facilitate the communication within the departments/customer involved with the project, keep record of all project's transactions. We were able to completely eliminate the over shipment of rebar and increased the capture of change orders.
