I had the pleasure of working with David at Aon UK Limited from 2006 until 2011. During this time we became good friends in and out of work and David frequently provided me with both business and personal advice and assistance. David is a self-motivated, very hardworking and dedicated individual who takes pride in his work and leads by example. On a personal level David is an honest trustworthy friend. We have remained in weekly contact since David moved to Pennsylvania in 2011. David and his wife, Sara, were excellent hosts and great company when I visited Philadelphia for two weeks in 2012. David, who holds a degree in law himself, was a manager who was able to present creative ideas, communicate the benefits and then implement accordingly.
