A 50% reduction in total loss over a 5 year period. Created and maintained all shrinkage and incident reports. Instigated, maintained and updated the stores compliance audit process with an average score across the estate of over 90% in 2012. Reduced unknown and known shrinkage by utilising data mining software, eBay monitoring software, physical security measure, shrinkage reports, colleague training and "Shrink Schools" for poor performers.
