  Responsible for environmental consulting services including subsurface investigations and underground storage tank closure assessments. Corrective actions completed for clients under the Underground Storage Tank Indemnification Fund (USTIF). Remediation system application, client liaison with regulatory agencies, client development, bid preparation and senior technical review. Perform/oversee the collection of soil and groundwater samples, depth to groundwater measurements, the preparation of closure and remedial action progress reports, quarterly status reports, and analytical data entry. He is well versed with leading clients through the Pennsylvania Land Recycling Program (Act 2).
