  Team lead, analysis, design, development, support, training and maintenance:• Responsible for the operation of all the productions systems and information interfaces to head office servers, Managed vendors and purchasing process of IT products.• Administration, configuration setup of scales and barcode guns used for production and inventory.• Managed and created a production planning application in excel and access, and analyzed and designed fully integrated system with a product formulation costing and yield, in oracle (on site server) which was ported to a centralized Prism, CBO and PFS systems purchased by head office to be managed centrally.• Managed the all IT infrastructure for a new plant in Quebec, comprise of setting a new network , phone system, security surveillance, automation systems, servers, client systems, and integration with head office servers and systems, managing vendors and contractors.• Led the Kronos implementation and integration to Ceridian systems for payroll processing union contributions, later integration to a centralize Kronos payroll and reporting.• Developed an Oracle forecasting application for production just in time, reporting tools for immediate recall of any products before they get shipped or to recall trucks, many production reports from oracle database.• Created an HR Database to manage employees’ personal records, vacation, benefits, union seniority grievance, discipline, personal safety equipment and others.• Designed and developed an Absenteeism / time away from work station system that allowed management of people and reduce labor costs.• Created a Safety and contractor database that has earned a best in the business recognition which was shared with many other plants, effectively lowering the safety index. • Researched and tested various tools to capture data from hand filled forms, to innovate the current manual data entry process for Safety observation cards (forms) about 900 a month.
