  I currently have over 20 years experience of SAG products on mainframe, as well as technical support to developers for Natural/Adabas. My middleware experience ranges over SAG EntireX and IBM MQ series, of which I have over 12 years experience combined.I was solely responsible for SAG product support at Mutual & Federal for over 8 years, which included installation, upgrade, support and maintenance across many SAG products (ADABAS, Natural, ADACache, Fastpath, CICS interface, Delta Save… I currently have over 20 years experience of SAG products on mainframe, as well as technical support to developers for Natural/Adabas. My middleware experience ranges over SAG EntireX and IBM MQ series, of which I have over 12 years experience combined.I was solely responsible for SAG product support at Mutual & Federal for over 8 years, which included installation, upgrade, support and maintenance across many SAG products (ADABAS, Natural, ADACache, Fastpath, CICS interface, Delta Save, etc). With my experience in languages, and knowledge of the SAG software, I was also able to write a REXX development interface into several Administrative functions of the software (Backup, Full Restore, Delta Restore etc).I have also been the sole support for Control-M(AIX & Windows) & Connect:Direct(AIX, Solaris & Windows) for several years.My current responsibilities have been refocused on IBM MQ series, and I am currently supporting several mainframe installations, AIX installations and Windows installations.   I started at Mutual and Federal as a Natural/Adabas programmer. From there, I moved on to the technical support & DBA area, where I began as a DBA and also supported and assisted developers in design and technical aspects of programming. I also presented several "tips and tricks" sessions with the developers, relating to the SAG Natural programming language and the Adabas database.
