I have known David for over 20 years and have seen tremendous growth and leadership in every facet of his life. Through David's leadership and compassion I have seen the lives of youth touched and transformed in a significate way for the glory of God. He exudes strength and authority that creates a deep respect and admiration from those around him. He is responsible, caring, knowledgeable and wise in everything that he does. David not only has the skills necessary to teach and disciple others, but also the strong communication skills to positively impact the lives of those in his guidance.

David served on our team during major directional shifts and all the turmoil that comes with that. He was a steady presence during the changes and completed any task assigned to him. He is charming, affable, and very easy going. He enjoys working with people and has a strong idea of who he is. He was able to gain experience in public speaking, small group facilitation, program and cultural development and was exposed to the key leadership principles of running a multi-tiered student ministry.
