Responsible for the delivery of 25 facilities totalling 40,000m2 and totalling over £70m on this 64 acre operational Hospital site, from initial design through to delivery. Facilities delivered have included General Medical, Surgical, Renal, Rehabilitation and Haematology Wards; extensive Laboratory Areas, Sterile Services Departments, Theatres, Endoscopy Suites, Children’s and Adult Mental Health Faculties, Office and Support Spaces, an Education Campus, an Energy Centre and HV\​LV substations Liaison with the NHS Trust at user groups.
