As the lead designer, I do it all. When a client contacts us for a project, I meet/talk with them to discover their vision and provide my creative input. Then, I get to work creating a video that STANDS OUT. Finally, I deliver the video and make revisions if needed. But honestly, it's usually done right the first time :) As the lead designer, I do it all. This is where I got started in the editing world. I was always fascinated by 3D animation and the editing behind it. I began to learn everything I could about 3D design and animation.
