      As a strategic leader within the company, David's role was multi-faceted. In establishing the Integrated Services team David worked with 6 different internal business leaders to create a cohesive agency offering and a set of cross-functional best practices.       For more than a dozen years, David spearheaded a variety of initiatives for the nation's leading fishing and outdoor lifestyle content production company. From field production to edit, event management to sponsorship sales and program development, there are few aspects of the fishing and outdoor business that David has not tackled. Under the guidance of outdoor television legend, Jerry McKinnis, David produced ESPN Outdoors and ESPN2 Outdoors for more than 7 years, launched some of the first branded content for ESPN.SportsZone.com (ESPN.com), managed and developed additional properties The Redfish Cup (ESPN, ESPN2), Madfin Shark Series (ESPN2) and College Bass Championships (ESPNU) among other. HIs entrepreneurial spirit also led to the first Fantasy Fishing game on an ESPN digital platform (Fantasy Bass Challenge) in 2000.
