David was a student in the Project Management course I taught at Syracuse University during the Spring Semester of 2010. The course involved preparation of project management documents for real project situations. David's work was excellent, and his documents were of the highest professional quality. David is very prompt in his response to my requests. He puts the time in and goes above and beyond to make sure the problem is resolved quickly and correctly. David is a big advocate of continuous process improvement. I've had trouble with software crashing and backups not working. David initially setup a monthly backup of files to run in the background and be stored on a seperate server. This decreased the downtime of the production equipment over the years. He has since then found another way to ensure a complete software backup and will take a complete image of the software and settings of the production equipment on a daily basis. This will ensure production is never at a standstill while freeing up more of David's time to be even more innovative.
