  EXPLO Elevate is a global innovative schools cooperative whose mission is to help schools unlock their capacity to design, build, implement, and continuously improve the learning environments needed for students to thrive now and in the future. EXPLO Elevate is member-driven. We scour the world for exceptional ideas and share them through in-depth research reports, school leader and teacher professional learning, convenings, conferences, and consulting. As Program Director, I build and manage Elevate's portfolio of professional learning and conference offerings. I design all professional learning engagements, both internally and in partnership with brilliant minds from our member schools and outside organizations. I collaborate with our team and members to design our annual conference and I work in close partnership with our Director of Research to ensure all of our offerings are research-backed, practical, and useful.
