Work as part of a team providing IT services and support in a complex development environment, mainly to offices in Edinburgh, but also to sites globally. Starting in a junior position, I immediately took on responsibility for some key areas which quickly became areas of expertise. As I took a more senior position within the team, I provided escalation support and mentored junior team members. I also brought my skills to bear in developing unique solutions and implementing new technology to increase security and productivity for the business.
