The supplier of the materials handling equipment went into administration and to assist our client, took over the responsibility for the assembly of the equipment to inspect prior to preparing and loading it for shipment to Kenya on board of a dedicate Project Cargo Vessel. Included the selection and management of MEI subcontractors, Naval Architects and specialised lifting teams. • Maydon Wharf Berths 1-4, 13&14 Reconstruction, Port of Durban (combi wall structure with driven HP pile anchors) –Preconstruction phase then assisting with setting up of project team, deliverables, management systems and start-up of the works.
