I was the Administrator of warranty claims for the Company, managing all claims for the finished helicopter as well as piece parts. I managed the Overhaul and Exchange program for the company as well, setting priorities and loading the shop for effeciency and customer satisfaction. We sucessfully pioneered a parts ordering program based on ship historical data to ensure that each customer had the parts they needed when their time-life parts were expired or needed overhaul.
