    • Windows 10 migration specialist
      • Aug 2020 - Dec 2020

As a migration specialist at Save-A-Lot it was my duty to build out computers with a fresh windows 10 install for corporate users. After the computers were build out I migrated all the users data from their old device to the new one via onedrive cloud storage and flash drive using a powershell script. Once the migration was complete I walked the user through their new device, answering any end user support questions. The old device was then backed up to azure cloud storage and restored, then build out with windows 10 for the next user. Computers that were in inadequate condition and/or not working out if warranty were broken down and use for parts to build working computers. It was also my duty to troubleshoot any issues including but not limited to network issues, user missing data, and application configuration. Show less
