Preventative Maintenance is the main focus of the position but I also design and build solutions to problems throughout the hospital, with the intention of improving the working environment of our employees.       Fabricated orthotic devices, spinal orthothes,leg orthoses, foot orthoses, metal leather and plastic, Shoe modifications such as lifts, wedges, rocker bottoms etc. I did machine and facility maintenance. Set up TIG welder and taught employees how to use. I helped improve the vacuum system used for the production of the custom orthotic products.
