Managing stakeholders and communications for the BIRD project (Bildungsraum Digital), a state-funded research project consisting of eight public organizations – like the University Potsdam, TU Berlin, the German Academic Exchange Service and the Bündnis für Bildung eV, my employer. The BIRD projects invites key players of the German education landscape to test its prototype for the "Nationale Bildungsplattform" (National Education Platform), short NBP, a federated and Germany wide education platform in which users have a single, life-long login for all things education as well as a self-sovereign data wallet to manage their personal data like certificates and learning analytics.Through the BIRD prototype and its testing the German Federal Ministery of Research and Education learns the critical requirements before the development and the go-live of the NBP.
