David was instrumental in the upkeep and installation of several highly sophisticated network systems and programs during his tenure at Matzel Development. I had the pleasure of working directly with David for most of his career at Matzel Development- most recently while renovating an icon golf resort hotel in the Pocono Mountains, which included replacement of a property management system that covered 260 guest rooms, 25,000 square feet of banquet space, several high volume food and beverage outlets; and two large golf courses all covering 5.5 square miles.
