      David Glynn is Hong Kong’s most senior and experienced matrimonial lawyer. He joined the then firm of Gordon Hampton and Winter in 1975, and was made Senior Partner in 1984. Prior to moving to Hong Kong he worked for the Lincoln's Inn law firm, Charles Russell and Company, which he joined in 1965, becoming a Partner in 1969. David has had a rich and varied career spanning nearly 50 years. His clientele mainly comprises high net worth individuals. He was also one of the first family lawyers in Hong Kong to pioneer guidance to clients on pre-nuptial agreements. In his first major case in Hong Kong, he obtained the first worldwide maraeva injunction (an order freezing the defendant’s assets) in a matrimonial matter – a legal landmark decision. David is a Fellow of the International Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers; an Honorary Member of the Gibraltarian Bar; a Member of the Hong Kong Family Law Association and a former Director of the Main Board of ALFA International. He was admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales in July 1965; in Hong Kong in November 1975 and in Victoria, Australia in 1980. He was made a Notary Public in 1982.
