  From December 2008, we opened the north east office, one of six throughout the UK, for Sidney Philllips, Chartered Surveyors, who specialise in licensed property. The operation has been successful, despite a very poor trading period throughout a troubled recession, especially for the licensed trade. I hold the position of Office Manager, along with three members of staff.
