      My responsibilities are receiving stock from various suppliers, from small to very large products.I would communicate via radio link with different departments to locate stock, then log the information into the computerised system. I would use a Counter Balance FLT to. Unload products from a flat bed lorry, or curtain side, or step frame vehicles. I would then Check the products and transport the stock to various location a round the site, some products were stored outside on the yard. I would then on a daily basis pick and pack these products from a picking sheet and take the products to the production line, ready to be assembled. Some products needed to be unpacked, inside or on the yard. I would then dispose of the waste into the necessary bins following environmental waste regulations. The products that were stripped down needed careful handling as they were big and bulky and weigh in the region of 2.3 tonnes. On a daily biases I would empty general waste bins, metal skips and operate a wood crushing machine. Show less
