I also serve as an Intruder Response Trainer for Great Circle. Prior to that role I served as a Foster Care Supervisor, since 2008, where I supported, trained, evaluated, and worked with Foster Care Case Managers. Prior to that role I served as a Foster Care Case Manager, since 2005, where I worked with families who were experiencing the child welfare system. I worked to ensure safety and stability for children in foster care, and with their parents to build rapport and help move the family to a healthy and safe situation where they could make changes and hopefully reunify with their children.
