I had the privilege of working with David for 6 years at NCSA. David was truly a pleasure to work with. He is incredibly smart and a strategic thinker. In my role in Learning & Organizational Development, I run people programs such as performance management, employee listening (surveys), and professional development training. David understood the importance of investing in and being a champion for those within his department.
