Worked in the lay down yard for awhile pre assembly things find flag iron stacked grating the way it need to be stack to be laid. Then moved to the unit as lead connector in my down time I’d bolt up and impact worked my way up to leadman and learned how to read blue prints to the finest detail made hang list for riggers via blue prints kept an inventory of the iron we had staged on the ground by the structure we were working on at the time pushed the crew when they needed a little shove from time to time not often tho one of the best crews I’ve ever worked on filled out requisition for iron did time sheets handle cost codes Show less
