• I worked in the housekeeping department where I was promoted to shift leader due to my leadership skills acquired while given temporary, supervisory positions in the absence of the department supervisor. • I also worked in the Adventure department where was taught how to improve face-to-face professionalism and friendliness with guests while closely monitoring their safety as they participated in zip rope and climbing activities. • Within the Adventure department I worked as a paintball referee, until the paintball field closed. When it reopened I played a leading role in its rebirth and was made head referee. Through this I gained valuable experience in restarting an old, flawed department from the ground up. Reopening the program vastly improved my creative problem solving and leadership skills under pressure. Show less
