Richard Burgess
I was a client of Dave's for 3 years during which time he turned my strength and fitness round and helped me achieve my goal of climbing Kilimanjaro. He keeps you focussed in and out of the gym, motivates you to keep going when the last thing you want to do is lift weights or turn a pedal on the aero bike. I hadn't lifted any weights prior to working with Dave but a after a few sessions could see the benefits and the programmes he put together had a great effect on my physical and mental health. Couldn't recommend him highly enough and you won't find a more knowledgeable, passionate and dedicated personal trainer.

He got me back in the saddle after a catastrophic running injury 8 months ago requiring a knee op and three months on crutches. Was lifting 60kg on a leg curl machine this morning.
