Achieved an additional £600K saving at TMAT Morrell, by adopting some of the core lean tools and eliminating waste. Whilst at Wavin I worked closely with the Shift Leaders and Team Leaders to reduce changeovers by 62% using SMED principles, with times for tool changes coming down from 45minutes to 17minutes.; Produce soft drinks and beer chiller units; Managing the whole project for the transfer of new production lines from Spain to the UK site.
