It’s rare these days that you come across standout talent like David. I hired David as my HR coordinator and he quickly became my right hand man. David was efficient and took any idea and made it into reality. I was particularly impressed by David’s ability to handle even the toughest problems with efficiency and speed. His connections with people was phenomenal, a rare skill that often takes years to develop among HR professionals, but it seemed perfectly natural to him. I was always in awe of David’s ability to understand and be ramped up on technology, and the innovation he brought to the department. He has a natural niche and drive when it came to people. He was able to gain the trust of employees, candidates, and vendors quite quickly with his authenticity and engagement with the organization. . Very few people in HR work as efficiently as David does. I had the pleasure of working with David for about 6 months at Mobeewave, during which I was a Software Developer Intern and he was the HR Coordinator. I was very impressed with David's ability to keep the entire office organized and functional, recommending and enforcing the use of tools to better organize room reservations, meetings and vacation days, not to mention that he would hold meetings very smoothly and professionally with the entire office. He conducts solid job candidate interviews that make the candidate feel comfortable and at ease and also organizes very good ice cream crawls, birthdays and after work activities that nobody in the office should miss!
