David worked as an intern in Kyocera-AVX Jerusalem for a period of one month during July-August 2023. He is an autodidact, hardworking, efficient, smart, patient, humble, and fully motivated (future) engineer. David studied the subject of Ellipsometry and after a short training, operated a new Ellipsometer device all by himself. His work on measurements of hundreds of wafers and study of their properties, e.g., thickness uniformity and refractive index, has greatly helped us in establishing understanding of the newly purchased device and its capabilities. Not only that, we were able to set a new process spec based on his work and recommendation. All that came with a smile and a calming self-confidence. For a young student - this is very impressive. I'm sure that David will contribute greatly to any workplace he shall be employed at, and we will gladly embrace him as an engineer in case he will be willing to relocate sometime in the future. To sum up, David has all the qualities required from a good engineer, e.g. attention to details, problem solving attitude, mathematical and analytical abilities, and - excellent soft skills.
