I first approached David regards management courses for my 4 direct reports. A difficult job in that these reports were in different stages of there careers and the needs were varied. What i ideally needed was a plain speaking, empathetic & candid training professional - a big ask! We had tried previous training companies but they had failed to grasp the teams requirements on an individual level. We needed something new. That said, we were recommended to David and immediately the team bonded with his ultra positive attitude, can do spirit and (thankfully) non nonsense approach to leadership. He has really infused new life into my team with his alternative ways of training teams with his "horses for courses" program & team leadership walking in the Malvern Hills. Without doubt the best training in Leadership i or my team have ever experienced. Firm, assertive, knowledgeable but with a great sense of humor. David is our No 1 go to trainer. Thank you David!
