  Working across both the Identity and Promo teams, I design and deliver broadcast graphics, promos and branding for a wide range of international broadcasters. Recent projects include rebranded identities for BBC Three, Children's BBC, TV3 (Spain), TV2 News (Denmark) & Deutsch Welle (Germany). All projects involved working within the winning pitch team, developing the design approach (including OSP), followed by leading the animation teams in the production of channel idents. Designing with strong concepts and design sensibilities within Red Bee’s fast-paced environment, I quickly and clearly communicate my ideas, with a strong awareness of schedules and budgets. Design boards and style-frames follow through to the creation and animation of these ideas as well as the supervision of other members of the team through to completion. R&D of new, alternative approaches and ideas is always key. Roles include liaising with clients and taking creative responsibility for delivering projects.   At ISO design, I work on the design and development of motion graphics, specialising in broadcast content (BBC, Channel 4, Film 4, National Geographic) and immersive experience (St Paul's Cathedral, National Museum of Scotland, The Historic Dockyard - Chatham, The Siemens' Urban Sustainability Center London). My skills as a designer, 3D artist, compositor and sfx artist are all pivotal to my job. The position has given me extensive experience in the broadcast and design industry, working on projects from conception to final completion. The role has expanded my skills from predominantly broadcast graphics, into the fields of digital production for high profile museum and gallery installations. Visualisations and story boarding for both linear and interactive projects has been key, at pitch and also development stages. As an ISO designer, I enjoy a central role in research and development. This extends to the development of visual and technical approaches to achieve production, in particular, the content for large scale projected media; The award-winning installation, 'Oculus', for St Paul's Cathedral is a floor to ceiling, 270 degree projection in the Cathedral Crypt, using 16 HD projectors, taking the viewer on a virtual journey up through the Cathedral, including a panoramic time-lapse of London (Design Week Awards 2011). A forth coming, permanent exhibition is 'Hearts of Oak' for the Historic Dockyard, Chatham, utilizes multiple, mapped projections to dramatic effect within the original 18th Century setting. Additional aspects of my role include; leading the CGI department (Cinema 4D), the overseeing of the studio's render farm/network rendering (Deadline), technical supervision on shoots (Chroma keying and 3D tracking aspects) and the subsequent post-production pipeline (keying, 3D tracking, first-light grading).   Have enjoyed successful periods as a freelance motion graphics designer immediately after graduating and between my full-time positions, both in London and more recently in Glasgow. Projects were completed at a range of post-houses, television companies and design/production studios. Jobs varied from commercials, advertising, branding, broadcast and film. Clients included: M2 Television, Sony DCE, EMAP Performance Television, War On Want (charity no. 208724), Intro, Maverick Media, Square Zero, Exposure Films, Timeslice Films, Moov Ltd, ISO design and STV.   At Moov Ltd, I designed and created broadcast graphics for a wide range of Television programs with clients including: BBC, ITV and Channel Four Television. Worked extensively for BBC Sport, including 3 years (this includes time as a contracted freelance designer) of graphics packages and branding for their coverage of Wimbledon and The Open golf championship.
