      I am responsible for leading the Product Certification Team with a team of Client Advisors and delivering against revenue targets, both as a team and an individual. This is a highly technical role, requiring an in-depth understanding of the company’s services and the legislation that surrounds / supports them. I act as a technical ‘bridge’ between the sales and the operations teams. I am accountable for writing proposals for testing programmes to be carried out on behalf of new and existing customers, by the Operations Team. I undertake regular data analyses to ensure that the sales effort is focused in the correct areas, and will develop strategies and plans to ensure that business opportunities for revenue generation and cost reduction are exploited. I developed a suite of Management Information for the senior leadership team and produce recommendations / summary reports for review at board meetings.
