Freeze Frame Video Surveillance was a security company that specialized in access control and video surveillance. As the lead tech and network engineer, I oversaw the projects from start to finish as well as handle all the network configuration of the, back then, DVR systems and access control systems. This was at a time when analog cameras where the market and IP cameras where just entering the market. Most projects required we get the DVR and access control systems on the network and setting up DDNS, TCP IP, NAT and Firewall Rules for access from the WAN side. I handled numerous projects throughout the Los Angeles area as well as Texas, North Carolina and Arizona. This job gave me the insight on security products such as camera types, lens types, focal point and design theory. Also learned about access control, locking mechanisms, RFID readers, biometrics design, setup and config. I also learned about client, project and employee management.
