Rresponsible for providing total OSHA and environmental compliance programs for our clients. This involves conducting in-depth Environmental, Health and Safety audits at the client’s facility and providing the client with a detailed gap analysis on their existing Environmental and OHSA programs. After identifying the client’s compliance needs, I design compliance programs specific to the client’s facility and work with the Federal and State Regulatory Agencies to obtain the required permits. I work with the client to implement and maintain these programs and train their employees on the requirements needed to stay in compliance. Some of these programs are listed above. During my time as Project Manager, I saw a real need for a strong rig safety training program along with an environmental awareness program. I spent the next 6 months developing a Rig Safety Program to present to upper management for consideration to adding to our training product line. About a year later I did the same thing for the environmental awareness program. I was promoted to Safety Training Manager and then Director of Training and finally to Environmental and Safety Compliance Manager. Over the years I was involved with various activities at our client’s facilities or drill sites which included conducting onsite safety and incident investigation training. Conducted job specific hazard analysis and developed safety training for those positions. Trained onsite personnel how to keep and maintain OHSA and environmental records. Worked with onsite personnel to develop and maintain rig safety programs. In our own facilities I developed and maintained plant safety and environmental programs and conducted required annual safety training for all employees. Conducted all incident investigations and maintained all OHSA and environmental records. Identified job specific hazards and developed safety training to address them. Started and conducted a weekly safety training program for employees to participate in. Obtained the required environmental operating permits for the facility. Developed and maintained an EPCRA Worksheet to track facility emissions. The company was sold in 2011 to Petrobras which is a Brazilian oil company.

I am a combat Veteran that served in Desert Storm. I have Strong Hydraulic, Electrical & Mechanical abilities. As an EOD Specialist, I diagnosed disabled or destroyed explosive devices. I was also trained as an M1A1 Tank Turret Mechanic. I diagnosed and repaired the firing system of the M1A1 Abrams Tank for the United States Army. I qualified expert on the M16, M1911, M2 .50 cal., 7.76 full auto, grenade, Rocket Propelled Grenade Launcher, .45 grease gun & all NATO weapons.
