  I produce artwork for album covers and promotional materials, and write/direct/storyboard/film/edit videos for bands with the help of a small collective of friends. I've done a few private commissions, as well as illustrations accompanying articles in the SF Bay Guardian (now defunct). I've screened shorts in the San Francisco International Film Festival, Pacific Film Archive, Artist's Television Access, and the Berkeley Art Museum. Solo art shows have included Four Barrel Coffee, and Mission Comics. "David has an incredible creative eye and ear. I maintained a working knowledge of over ninety thousand films, their individual condition and whereabouts, making sure nothing got lost in the avalanche of moving the entire store, as well as keeping track of further multi-format backstock held in a storage space to be retrieved on demand.
