Responsibilities included and up too me first cutting meat out of the casing by cutting the metal clips on bothsides then you must clean the meat of all the mold and impurities then the meat is sent threw a metal detectortoo check for any metal clips then most of the time the meat gets cutinto smaller product and putinto vacuumedsealed packages and then hot water is dripped over the plastic to seal it then it gets checked one last time forleakers and mold then they put it in boxes and sent up the conveyers thus put on a pallet and shipped
