      Sunmark manufactured large scale solar panel systems, that are used in district heating, industrial process heating, hotels and others who has a big demand of hot water. Sunmark Production Co., Ltd. in Vietnam manufactured the panels, while all projecting and sales was done from the danish office. The danish part of Sunmark was bankrupt in February 2014 and therefore all danish employees in Denmark and Vietnam was fired. In the short period I was at Sunmark I was responsible for the daily operation of the Vietnamese factory, investigated and solved several quality problems, with purchased and own manufactured products, that has haunted the company for years. I participated in finding and negotiating with new suppliers that had better quality and prices.       I was responsible for establishing a new company Ningbo NMF Mechanical Production Co., Ltd. in China - a sub supplier of sheet and profile parts in aluminum, steel and stainless for mainly the wind mill industry. It took 10 months from I started to research the opportunities in China till the company was manufacturing parts. In these first 10 months I also took care of the danish factory. I was responsible for buying machines in China, finding suppliers and negotiating frame agreements in China, hirering staff (local Chinese), training of staff and setting up the company business processes. After the establishment of the company I took care of the daily operation of the company, participated in establishing ISO 9001 and approval from our biggest costumer from the wind mill industry. I was also responsible for established sales to the local Chinese market and responsible for the biggest costumer in Denmark. From the startup of the Chinese factory, the factory made profit. I choosed to resign because I stayed aproximate 200 days/year in China. I was 2-8 weeks in China and 1-2 weeks in Denmark.My family was living in Denmark and even we wanted to move to China together we was never allowed to do so. Show less
