I had the pleasure to work with David on a large-scale SAP implementation. David was fully bought in from day one and the knowledge and experience he brought from the business into the project was invaluable. He was able to clarify integration points across multiple processes and never gave up in finding the right solution for the business. After go-live when the business was struggling to fully embrace the new solution David launched and led the SAP/Process SWAT team that mobilized key users in the business to take specific issues and resolve them either through training, process change or adoption or system actions. This lead to David being appointed as the overall process integration leader for the company. With his straight forward style, determination to get the right solutions and unwavering focus on optimization he is a real asset to any company. I’ll gladly work with David again.
