Knowledge and implementation of contents of School District contracts and facility leases. Responsible for carrying out all Birnie Bus policies and State and Federal regulations. Coordinate with Corporate Safety/Training Department that all drivers and staff are equipped with all necessary job related training. Plan monthly driver safety meetings with Safety/Training Department. May, on occasion, be required to drive a bus route. All other duties as designated. CDL A or B with Passenger and School Bus endorsements preferred or the ability to obtain. Experience in Routing/GPS programs preferred. 2-4 year degree in business preferred. 3 or more years experience in school bus operations preferred.
